I can offer private or one-on-one yoga instruction. Private sessions are 60-minutes each and suited to fit your needs. These classes are great for beginners who wish to dive deep into alignment, those with injuries who need to learn how to modify poses as well as advanced yogis who wish to explore arm balances and inversions.
